Quiche Love

So yesterday I got the baking/cooking bug. I went to 2 stores and was determined to bake some items that have been on my mind. I got a lot of comments on the recipe for the Quiche on instagram. So I figured I would post it here. It was easy! I must make more ASAP. It would be a great for a Mother's Day Brunch! I got the Recipe from & added and changed some things. Hope you Enjoy


1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or Cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 cups of diced bell pepper

1/2 cup of diced turkey
dash of salt and black pepper
1 (9 inch) deep dish frozen unbaked pie crust shell ( I used a wheat pie crust)

Preheat oven to 350'F.
 In a medium bowl, toss cheddar cheese with flour.
 Add milk, eggs, pepper and veggies. 
place pie crust on a cookie sheet or pan for easy removal of oven. Pour mixture into pie shell. 
Bake at 350'F for 45-50 minutes, or until set.

* You can definitely add different vegetables and meat just make sure that they are diced the same size and that the meat you are adding is already cooked.
