Beyond Busy

Work has been overwhelming to say the least. I don't know how I have survived this year. I have 8 more days to go. Bad timing to try to start a blog so I figured I would do something light on the post. via Olivia

Holiday Q & A

1. Egg nog or hot chocolate? Abuelita hot chocolate with Whip Cream Please

2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? They are Wrapped or in decorative Boxes

3. Colored lights on tree/house or white? Colored ones on the Tree twinkling to a Beat.

4. Do you hang mistletoe? Never have. I TOTALLY want to. My mission this year!

5. When do you put your decorations up?  depends. I say a week into December though sounds about rite.

6. What is your favorite holiday dish?  Dad's Tamales & Champurrado.

7. Favorite holiday memory as a child?  Last year my brother coming home from Spain. He was home the night before and I had to work. I saw him at my aunts house on Christmas Eve. We hugged as if where apart for years. {tear}  It is not a childhood memory but it sticks out the most.

8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I cant remember.  I am getting old & my memory is fading

9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve?  When at Gradmis house yes! At home sometimes. Depends if my mom works the day of Christmas.

10. How do you decorate your Christmas tree?  Same as every year the parents tree is colorful with apple ornaments and home made ones by yours truly and Brother 

11. Snow! Love it or dread it? I love it because I live in Cali and no Snow here.

12. Can you ice skate?  I have not in a long time but when I did I had skills.  It is like Roller skating 

13. Do you remember your favorite gift? Had to be my Easy bake Oven! That baby put out lots of cakes Christmas Day!

14. What’s the most important thing about the holidays for you? Being with my Family & extended Family

15. What is your favorite holiday dessert?  My Grandma's Enpanadas

16. What is your favorite holiday tradition?  stuffing my face with food with family. Now that I am older making Adult drinks for everyone.

17. What tops your tree? This year its a Star

18. Which do you prefer: giving or receiving? GIVING! I love seeing faces! More so when Its a funny Present

19. Candy canes: yuck or yum?  Both... I like but I can never eat the whole thing

20. Favorite Christmas show?  I can't think of a show

21. Saddest Christmas song? Christmas songs are sad?

22. What is your favorite Christmas song? All I Want for Christmas is You ~Mariah Carey. Doing a video Spoof this year! Well that's the plan any way!
